DEPRESSION

Depression is…exhausting. It is so much more than feeling “sad” or “low.” Depression can affect every area of your life: work, school, relationships – really anything. It is a very common but serious mood disorder that influences the way you think, feel, and operate on a day-to-day basis.

COUNSELING PROCESS

It’s normal to feel sad once in a while. But if you find yourself feeling overwhelmed, irritable, disinterested in doing the things you used to love, overly tired, or even worthless, then you may be dealing with depression.

One important thing to remember is that you don’t need to go through difficult times alone. I provide a supportive, thoughtful space to process the experiences and feelings that you feel are important, without feeling pushed or judged.
